HR Compensation and Benefit Supervisor

– Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll operations for 8 operational sites, covering daily, weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll cycles .
– Calculate and review wages, salaries, overtime, incentives, allowances, and deductions for blue-collar and white-collar employees.
– Ensure payroll accuracy and timely disbursement across multiple payroll structures and payment schedules .
– Supervise attendance, overtime, and leave data to ensure proper integration with payroll calculations .
– Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and internal compensation policies.
– Review and approve payroll reports, resolving discrepancies and addressing employee payroll inquiries .
– Coordinate closely with HR, Finance, and site management to ensure data accuracy and smooth payroll execution .
– Maintain payroll records, compensation data, and employee files with strict confidentiality and accuracy .

Support payroll cost control and compensation budgeting by monitoring labor costs, analyzing variances, and providing insights to support financial planning and management decisions.
